Lykky Ritual – Raising Good Fortune

“In the whisk lies the sauna’s power; in the spirit, the steam.”

Step into the magical world of Finnish sauna traditions and ancient charms used to raise good fortune — lykky. Good fortune was invited for the coming year, the harvest season, marriages, or new stages of life.

The whisks and herbs used in the sauna were selected for their healing properties and always gathered with respect for nature.

The Group Sauna Ceremony Includes

  • Small heart-shaped whisks for each participant and guided use

  • A welcoming sauna steam ritual

  • A traditional Finnish “luck‑raising” charm

  • Sensory whisk‑guided steam movement, allowing warm air and natural scents to envelop the body

  • Light whisk tapping performed by the sauna practitioner

  • Personalized “wishes in the steam” and cooling-off moments

  • Self-applied body scrub (salt or honey)

  • Multiple whisks made from different tree species

  • Closing gratitude steam ritual

Optional Add‑Ons

The Story of Aistien Keho – Sauna-Sanna

Far in the North, in the quiet forests of Finland and along its lakeshores, there has always been a place for restoration — the sauna.

Long before modern wellness trends, Finns went to the sauna to pause, breathe, and listen to their bodies. In the gentle heat, nature was always present: the scent of fresh birch whisks, the sound of water hissing on hot stones, the still surface of the lake, and the silence of the surrounding forest.

Sauna has never been just about washing.
It is a place to pause.
To breathe.
To return to the body’s natural rhythm.

From this ancient tradition, Aistien Keho was born.

I am a traditional sauna guide — Sauna-Sanna — bringing this heritage into the present through experiences where the senses awaken and the nervous system can relax.

Each moment weaves together the elements of Finnish sauna culture:
heat and steam, the therapeutic touch of sauna whisks, natural scents, breath, sound, and silence.

More than wellness — this is a journey of the senses.

A return to something simple, yet deeply meaningful —
presence and connection with your own body.

Welcome to experience the traditions of the North, in the Finnish Lakeland.
