Sauna Yoga is a gentle, restorative wellbeing practice that combines the calming heat of a Finnish sauna with slow yoga-inspired movements.
The session is held in a warm sauna at approximately 50°C, allowing the muscles to relax and the mind to settle. Sauna Yoga is often called “adult sleep school” — it helps with falling asleep, recovery, and preventing overtraining. It is also an excellent way to unwind after physical activity.

This experience is designed for all levels: no previous yoga experience is needed.


What the Experience Includes

The warmth of the sauna enhances mobility and creates a deep sense of calm and wellbeing.


Duration

35–45 minutes, depending on group size.

Sessions are arranged based on booking and can take place at selected saunas suitable for Sauna Yoga.


Location & Practical Info

Sauna treatments and experiences (Products 1, 2 and 3) are adapted to different sauna locations.
Guests are met either at the sauna entrance or in the fireplace lounge.

Sauna Yoga is organized only in specific suitable saunas.
The instructor welcomes participants at:

  • the reception area, or

  • the fireplace lounge

Light refreshments and small savoury snacks may be available depending on the sauna venue.
